Amman Valley Riverside Path

Clyne Valley Path

Stretching between Gowerton and Black Pill, the Clyne Valley cycle path winds its way through superb woodland scenery. Following a former railway corridor through the Clyne Valley, the route combines smooth surfaces, gentle gradients and shady woodland sections perfect for steady touring or relaxed family cycling. An almost traffic-free route for commuting, training or simply exploring. Linked to the wider National Cycle Network, the path remains one of Swansea’s most enjoyable and accessible cycling routes for all abilities. Perfect for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Free parking at Gowerton, Dunvant and the Railway Inn, Killay but Pay and Display at Black Pill. Toilets at Black Pill Lido.

Millennium Coastal Park, Llanelli

One of the most scenic rides in South Wales, following the coastline from the Loughor Estuary in the east to Pembrey in the west. A smooth, traffic-free route, ideal for leisure riders, commuters and families. Cyclists will enjoy panoramic sea views, open parkland and fresh coastal air. Gentle gradients and excellent surfaces make the route suitable for all abilities, with cafés and viewpoints along the route. Perfectly accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Parking is mostly Pay and Display but free at Old Pembrey Harbour and Pwll Pavilion. Toilets at Llanelli Beach, Burry Port and Pembrey Country Park.

Swansea Bay sea front

The seafront cycle path in Swansea offers cyclists a superb coastal ride with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Stretching from Swansea Marina to Mumbles, this, traffic-free route is perfect for steady training rides, family outings and relaxed commuting. Tywi Valley

Opened in 2026 this peaceful journey through the heart of the rural Tywi Valley, combines quiet routes with beautiful river scenery. Cyclists follow gentle countryside lanes and dedicated paths beside the winding River Tywi, passing woodlands, farmland and historic landmarks along the way. A rewarding and memorable cycling experience. Perfectly accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Parking at Llandeilo is Pay and Display but free at Carmarthen Museum, Nantgaredig, Dryslwyn and Ffairfach. Café and toilets at Carmarthen Museum, Nantgaredig and Llandeilo.
